We were asked by a by a major role player in the pulp and paper industry to supply and install a compressor unit to assist them with instrumentation air in their plant. After calculating the flow required, we decided to supply our 37kw August compressor with a variable speed drive and permanent magnet motor, these units are robust and extremely efficient and due to the high efficiency air/oil separator the oil carry over to the air lines are extremely low making it a very popular unit for instrumentation air. The variable speed drive and electrical motor configuration makes the unit energy efficient ensuring high energy saving costs. We also installed a high efficiency inline filter system to purify compressed air to the plant.
