We received an order from a large cosmetic company to do an 8000 Hr. major service om a 90 KW August Compressor. We installed this unit in 2018 and it has been meticulously maintained since it was commissioned. The unit has done 28 000 hrs. and the following scope of work was carried out.
– Change all filters, including the Separator.
– Drain oil from all components and replace.
– Service intake control head.
– Clean Inter and after coolers.
– Ghries motor bearings.
– Inspect Minimum Pressure Valve.
– Check Lubricating system for leaks.
– Check and calibrate regulating system.
– Commission unit and submit report.
The unit was successfully serviced and handed over to the customer. The next service will be due in 2000 hrs.
