We at Xinda Compressed Air Technology are highly qualified in turnkey projects. We have just completed a turnkey project where a large step ladder manufacturer asked us to handle the entire compressed air project. We were asked:

• To size the unit according to their plants demand.
• To size and install a pipe ring main system throughout the factory.
• To supply a compressor and air receiver.
• To design a designated area where the compressor could be installed.
• To ensure that the compressor can cater for future expansion.

We installed a 55kw August Screw Compressor with a variable speed drive and permanent magnet motor. This unit is robust and energy efficient and will supply only what the plant requires at a specific time. It is equipped with a high efficiency low RPM cast iron air end to ensure long bearing life.

The unit was specifically installed to make the load easier on the plant’s generator during load shedding as the start up current rises steadily eliminating unnecessary spikes in the startup current.
